Every dish is freshly cooked daily, using only the finest raw ingredients allhandpicked from various “pasar” every morning, seven days a week.
We stay true to tradition, just like our grandparents did.
There are no shortcuts in our kitchen no “santan kotak”, only fresh “santan perah”.
We use real “cili hidup”, peel “kunyit” by hand each morning, and never rely on artificial flavorings like “kiub ayam”.
